1. What you're paying for
Payments to larpd.wtf are voluntary and buy one thing: a listing on a public leaderboard while the site runs. They are not an investment, a deposit, a purchase of any token or asset, or a donation to charity. You get no ownership, profit, interest or other rights.
2. Payments are final
Your listing starts as soon as your payment confirms. Before paying, you agree that it starts right away and that you therefore give up the 14-day right of withdrawal that otherwise applies to online purchases in the EU. After that, payments are final. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, and we don't refund payments sent by mistake, to the wrong address, in the wrong amount or from an exchange. Network fees are yours to pay. Check everything before you confirm.
3. Rankings
Ranks come from on-chain payments to our wallet, added up per sending wallet. We try to show them accurately, but the board may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable, for example when the network or our data provider is down. We may change how the board is calculated or displayed, and we may close the site. None of this entitles you to a refund.
4. Usernames
Don't use names that are hateful, sexual, threatening, impersonate someone, infringe someone's rights or advertise anything. We can hide any username at our discretion, without notice. Your payment still counts and you'll show as your wallet address.
5. Your responsibilities
You must be an adult where you live and allowed to use this kind of service there. You're responsible for your wallet, your keys, any taxes, and for only sending funds that are yours and lawfully obtained. Don't use the site to launder money or move proceeds of crime.
6. Privacy
We don't have accounts, ask for your name or email, or set tracking cookies. What we show is already public on Solana: wallet addresses, amounts, times and the memo with your username. Anything you put in a memo is permanent and public, so don't put personal information in it. We count page views with a third-party counter and look up the SOL price from a third-party price service; neither receives your wallet address.
7. No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it, including lost funds, failed transactions, wallet problems or downtime, and our total liability is limited to the amount you sent us in the 30 days before a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Using the site after an update means you accept it. Questions? Contact us.
